About Shanghai Songjiang Railway Station

The station is an important hub connecting four important lines: Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo, Nanjing-Hangzhou, Huzhou-Hangzhou, and Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou. The route from Songjiang to Nanxun will be shortened to about 30 minutes, making it convenient for daily commuters and business travelers.

With nine platforms and 23 tracks, the 60,000-square-meter station can accommodate up to 5,000 passengers and handle 113 high-speed trains and 77 conventional trains a day. Shanghai Songjiang Railway Station is China’s third-largest railway station, following Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and Shanghai East Railway Station.
