- Monthly spending discount: Passengers who spend over RMB ¥70 or more on metro or suburban rides in a calendar month enjoy a 10% discount off subsequent rides.
- Multi-ride ticket: The 20-ride ticket package offers 30% off the regular price and is valid for 30 days after activation. A refund can be requested if the ticket is not activated.
- Free rides: Passengers including disabled veterans and families of revolutionary martyrs enjoy free rides. All passengers can also bring up to two children under 1.3m tall for free.
What is the Train Schedule?
The official operating hours of the Shanghai Airport Link Line are 6:00 am to 10:39 pm, and trains run every 15 minutes.
Remember to double-check the platform door. 4- and 8-car trains operate in rotation, so if you are going to travel on a 4-car train, then make sure you are at the right door.
