信诺Cigna为投保人提供全面直接的结算网络，确保您能够轻松获得优质与适切的医疗服务。客户如须使用结算网络内的医疗机构，请按照下列的程序：

• 就診前，请向接待員出示您的信诺會員卡与身份證明。
• 签署索赔申请表，确认会诊后已经接受治疗。
• 离开前须清付诊所/医疗中心任何共同支付或免赔额/超额款项。

例如，阁下的门诊治疗保险单中列明20％的共同支付，您离开诊所/医疗中心之前应该支付总账单20％的费用。假如总账单共用300美元，我们会直接向诊所/医疗中心支付240美元，阁下就要支付60美元。

注意事项

1. 直接结算网络不应该用作获取任何不属于保障范围以外的治疗。
2. 直接结算网络的保障水平须参照阁下的保单内容。
3. 信诺不会支付任何医疗供应商的会籍费用。
4. 假如阁下须要使用网络以外的医院，请要求医院直接与保险公司联系，安排直接结算。
